Pravesh Panchang is a comprehensive introductory course that provides students with a clear and systematic understanding of the traditional Indian Panchanga system. Panchanga is an important part of Vedic tradition and is widely used for understanding dates, festivals, religious observances, auspicious timings and various traditional activities.
In this course, students will learn the five fundamental components of Panchanga, namely Tithi, Vara, Nakshatra, Yoga and Karana. Along with these basic elements, the course introduces Rashi, planetary positions, sunrise and sunset, lunar movements and other essential concepts required for reading and understanding a daily Panchanga.
